Design Theory: Originally West Morris YMCA had two residential spas with two different temperatures, leading to complaints from patrons. To remedy the situation, a larger, leisure-oriented spa was designed with a dividing wall for separation. One larger spa at a constant temperature proved to be a huge success. Note the additional deck and wall treatments the owner included to make it more ‘resort-ish.’ The waterfall adds to the ambience and indicates when the filters are dirty by a drop in pressure.
